We are looking for an SQA who wants to work closely with suppliers and production to ensure quality, robust processes, and stable delivery to our operations. The role is operational, problem-solving driven, and involves significant personal responsibility from identified deviation to sustainable solution.

As an SQA, you will be part of the quality organization and work cross-functionally with purchasing, production, and technology. You will be responsible for driving quality issues related to suppliers and be an important link between the business and our external supplier base.

Examples of tasks:

• Identify, drive, and follow up on quality deviations from suppliers
• Engage in dialogue with suppliers and drive root cause analyses and corrective actions
• Ensure that suppliers meet technical requirements and quality expectations
• Work closely with production and be present in the operations
• Collaborate with internal functions to prevent recurring quality issues

The role is not purely desk work; you need to enjoy moving around the organization and being close to what happens on the floor. Some flexibility exists, but the job requires presence in the operations.

You will be employed as a consultant at Consensus initially, but it is highly likely that the position will transition to a permanent employment at Cummins.

You have a technical education or equivalent work experience and several years of experience in quality work or structured problem-solving within industrial operations.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is confident in driving issues independently and taking responsibility for your cases
• Has the ability to conduct factual and sometimes challenging dialogues, both internally and externally
• Is analytical and solution-oriented
• Thrives in a role with many contact points and a fast pace
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The most important thing is your problem-solving ability, your drive, and your experience in working systematically with quality in an industrial environment.
